How long will it take to receive my order?
For most Domestic orders, order processing time takes 3-5 days from the time you place your order. Shipping Time is as follows:
1. All USPS Priority orders being shipped to domestic destinations will take 2 to 3 business days to reach its destination.
2. All USPS Express order being shipped to domestic destinations will take 1 to 2 business days to reach its destination. (90% of Express Mail shipments will be delivered next
day)
Please be aware that promdressbridal.com uses the US Postal Service for delivery of your order. Once we deliver your order to the Post Office we no longer have control of the time it take the Post Office to deliver your order to you. The Shipping Time listed
above is provided to us by the US Postal Service and is only and estimation. Please place your order as early as possible so as to provide ample time for delivery.
How will I know my order was sent?
We will send you an email with a tracking confirmation link in order for you to track your package once it has been shipped. If you have not received an email tracking confirmation email, then you order is still being processed.
If for some reason the item you ordered is not available we will notify you and suggest other products very similar to what you were looking for.
We ask that our customers be familiar with our Exchange Policy as there are no refunds given under any circumstances. Store Credit only.
When is my credit card charged?
Upon your order being placed, your credit card company will put a HOLD on the amount of your order. Your credit card has not been charged until we actually ship your order. All orders are subject to verification and must all credit cards are required to have
the correct creditcard billing address and the CVV number and expiration date. In some instances when the shipping has not been added to your order, we will add the correct shipping cost to your total and charge for the cost of your items, plus shipping.

No. promdressbridal.com only sells absolutely BRAND NEW ITEMS of the highest quality designer style merchandise. The item styles that we offer, are the same or similar to those found in many of the finest department stores.
.Do you sell gift certificates?
Promdressbridal.com gift certificates can be found at the bottom of our pages, called "Gift Certificates" link of our site, and are available in several different denominations.
To order and send a gift certificate simply:
1) Select the denomination you wish to purchase
2) Add the Gift Certificate to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout
3) In the "SEND TO" section, enter the recipient's name and email address for delivery
4) Enter the sender's name and an optional message in the "COMMENT" section

To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:
1. Choose the items you wish to purchase
2. When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. The items you are ready to buy will be listed. Click on "Check Out".
3. The next screen will show you the items you selected. Under your listed items will be a field that says, "COUPON CODE"
4. Enter the promotional code you wish to use, fill out necessary information and then click "Continue".
5. Your promotional code will be automatically applied on the review Order page.

How does the insurance policy work?
We strongly recommend that our customers purchase insurance for your order. Insurance is $3.00 for most Items. Insurance is covered by promdressbridal.com and in the event that your package is lost, we will send a replacement dress provided that the
USPS tracking number does not have any record on your package. We do not offer refunds. If your order is insured, we are only able to send a replacement dress or issue you store credit.
Why was my order status has been cancelled?
Your order will be canceled if it was in the out of stock or bad credit card and we have not received a response from you to update the order.
